1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
2. Payment options include cash, check, debit card, and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. If your pet is insured, integrative veterinary services are often covered by your insurance provider. Please check with your insurance company directly to determine what may be covered under your plan.
*If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 48 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation/no show fee of $50. Dr. Theisen typically has a waiting/cancellation list for any available appointments, and in the event you are unable to keep your appointment, we would like to be able to offer that appointment to another pet in need. We appreciate your understanding with this policy.
